This was originally planned for March 2020, and we were three days away from the dress rehearsal when the Coronavirus lockdown forced us to close down.\u00a0\u00a0The performances were rescheduled several times, before finally being performed in 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Janet Beddus played Princess Ida. Her last appearance with us was in 2004, playing the same part. Christopher Elliott re-joins after 8 years, to play Cyril. Michael Bond joins, playing Florian. We have a DVD, from Steve A\u2019s original video<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incidentally, Queen Elizabeth\u2019s Platinum Jubilee was this year, celebrating 70 years.\u00a0\u00a0She died later in the year, on 8th<\/sup>\u00a0September, aged 96<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
