In her tiny home Maggie Lomax (Kath Pagdin) suddenly finds that her family life is full of complications. A young American (Paul Dearden) becomes an unexpected guest and devotes much attention to her daughter (Maxine Townson). Her son David (John Otter) comes home with a Bachelor of Science degree only to announce that he does not want the sort of &#8216;white-collar&#8217; job Maggie had always planned for him. And to complicate things further David is pursued by a pretty girl from London (Deborah Hester). In this riotous North-Country farce it is Maggie&#8217;s husband, Walter (Jonathan Hester), who takes most of the kicks.
