A comedy by Alan Ayckbourn that contains a melee of events involving certain philandering characters, all occurring within similar moments of one another on a split stage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produced by Alison Ashton.\u00a0\u00a0Dennis Willis joins from pantomime, and will perform in both groups for five years, as well as writing and producing the panto. Panto\u2019s Andrew Milner and Matt Copley also join, helping to build the set and the props, and do the lighting, for the next 10 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jo Shepherd also joined, encouraged by her friend and neighbour Ruth Kerrigan. Jo had had drama training but was also a designer, and soon realised she preferred designing and building sets to treading the boards. She remembers Bedroom Farce being complicated: the stage contains three bedrooms in distinctly different styles, to represent the personalities of the owners. The lighting then switches from bedroom to bedroom as the plot progresses<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
