This is a comic opera with music by Edward German and lyrics by Chas H. Taylor. The programme has no names other than three people (presumably the committee) to contact for tickets

Incidentally, it is based on Henry Fielding’s 1749 novel, “The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling”. This had a reputation for being somewhat “racy”, and so amateur groups initially avoided it!
